• The rake head and handle grip are made of 25% recycled plastic. This allows a significant reduction of the use of virgin plastic made from petroleum, a non-renewable resource.
• Materials are supplied to manufacturing plant from local sources less than 800 km away, which helps reduce GHG emissions due to transport.
• At the end of its useful life, this rake can be easily dismantled to facilitate recycling and reuse of its plastic parts. The rake handle can be reused without disassembly.
